World Training Consultants is a Consultancy & Training organization with broad experience in developing and implementing concepts of business excellence for diverse industries. WTC, in short, is a global consulting and training organization which specializes in helping organizations, people, teams and SMEs achieve maximum effectiveness and sustainable attainment. History
World Training Consultants or WTC had its original roots in Johor state coinciding with the career span of the founding Principal Consultant, Harban Singh, in GE (USA) where he worked for two affiliates for a period of 14 years, starting in operations and then moving to be the Head of Human Resource Management.
WTC was established in 2004 in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, where it provided training for SMEs there as well as within the region. It culminated in WTC training manufacturing companies and Harban Singh lecturing at Diploma Level for Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM) and also at MBA level for Olympia College for Nottingham Trent University and University of Derby.
Training then was confined to a lot of manufacturing operations and Human Resource specialist areas. However, the inevitable pull of the “pulse of the nation in KL” brought Harban Singh and WTC here in the federal capital in 2010, specializing in several Management related training programs including Leadership, Organizational Behaviour and Organizational Development.
